Within private law I draft and revise contracts of all types, for both private and business purposes.
A large part of the agenda involves collection of receivables for commercial and non-commercial subjects in trial and execution proceedings. In this regard I cooperate with several executor offices.
In my practice I focus on collection of damage compensation, especially the health damage compensation (caused mostly due to car accidents), wherein I represent clients in both civil proceedings and by asserting their rights in criminal or administrative proceedings through the so-called adhesion proceeding.
I represent clients as heirs in inheritance proceedings, during acceptance or rejection of inheritance, in inheritance disputes and during handling of the heritage. I also ensure rights of creditors in case their claim should be filed within an inheritance proceeding, or eventually should it be collected from the deceased debtor´s inheritors.
I have broad experience in representing communities of owners, especially in collection of deposits for services and taxes to be paid to fund repairs, but also concerning organization matters of community of owners.
I’m acquainted with the issue of personal protection and consumer protection. I also deal with copyright and unfair competition.
I´m experienced in dealing with real estate law including rights of users and servitudes. I also provide advice on the issues of pledges and retention.
