Legal service pricing
I negotiate price for particular legal services individually with clients according to the complexity and seriousness of each case. Payments can be negotiated on the hour-basis, in a form of lump payment or due to the lawyer's rate – Regulation of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll. as of 4th June 1996, on fees and remuneration of lawyers for the provision of legal services (the lawyer's rate).
On January 5th 2016 the Czech Bar Association was authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Business of Czech Republic to provide the out-of-court settlements of consumers disputes concerning disputes between an attorney and a consumer resulting from agreements of providing legal services (based on the act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumers protection).
